What if my transcript is confidential?
Redact it. Replace names, code identifiers and data with placeholders — the analysis is about structure and length, not the specifics of your work. The privacy page covers storage, retention and deletion in full.
Is this a call?
No. There is no meeting to schedule at any point. You paste, you pay, a written report arrives. If you have follow-up questions you reply to the email.
What if there is nothing to fix?
That happens, and the report says so plainly rather than inventing recommendations. If your session is already lean, you get that verdict and a refund.
Do I need to be on a paid plan?
Practically, yes — the audit is about reducing what you spend, and there is nothing to reduce on the free tier.
