What Happens to the Prompts You Paste
This page is the honest version. The audit only works if a human reads your thread. Here is who that is, what we keep, and how to redact before you paste.

If that is unacceptable for your data, do not buy—or paste only a redacted structural sample.
Who reads it, and why
- You paste prompts and replies into the audit form.
- Justin Davis reads that material to produce the written token map, waste drivers and change list.
- The payment processor sees payment metadata, not your prompt body.
- Email carries the finished report to the address you provide.
There is no anonymous, AI-only path for this product. A person reads the prompts. That is part of the product. No subcontracted review team reads customer pastes.
What we store
Working materials for an order include:
- Your email and form fields, including setup, goal and notes
- The prompt and reply paste you submit
- The payment reference and order ID
- The report draft and the email used to deliver it
These materials are limited to the systems used to accept the order, write the report and deliver it. You do not need to create an account, and there is no customer portal login.
Retention and deletion

For an early deletion request, email justin@link-builders.com. Deletion from service backups may follow each provider’s normal backup cycle.
What we do not do with your paste
- Sell your prompts
- Post your prompts as a public case study without separate written permission
- Use your paste to fine-tune or train a model for this product
- Share your paste with third parties for marketing
The sample report uses a fictional SAMPLE, not customer data.
What you should redact before pasting
Remove or replace:
- API keys, access tokens, passwords and private URLs with embedded credentials
- Customer personal data you are not authorized to share, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, financial account numbers and health data
- Confidential deal terms when your policies prohibit external human review
- Anything your employer classifies as prohibited for third-party processing
Keep enough structure for a useful audit: prompt shape, repeated blocks, tool use, retry patterns and approximate sizes. Replace names with labels such as CLIENT_A or REPO_INTERNAL when needed.
Security basics, in plain language
- Use the official form on the audit page.
- Prefer redaction over “hope for the best.”
- Treat email as ordinary email: reports may remain in inboxes, so use an address you control.
- If you require a data-processing agreement, single sign-on or zero-human handling, this product is not the right fit as designed.
Consent
By submitting the audit form and paying, you confirm that you have the right to share the material, have redacted secrets appropriately, and understand that Justin Davis will read the prompts to produce the report.
Independence
Claude Token Optimization is independent. Justin Davis is not an Anthropic employee or partner, and this is not an Anthropic product. Claude and Anthropic are referenced only to describe the product being analyzed.
