How to use the number
If heavy sessions dominate the bar, the problem is context volume, not frequency — you are paying for the same files repeatedly. Start with how the limits actually work, then the playbook.
If light sessions dominate and you still hit the cap, the issue is usually a single never-ending thread quietly carrying its whole history into every new question.
