The model rates used here are placeholders held in one file and marked with a last-verified date; check API pricing for the current per-million figures and Pro vs Max if the subscription line is the part you are trying to size.
Subscription plans do not bill per token, so if you are on Pro or Max the token figure is best read as “what this usage would cost at API rates” — a good proxy for how quickly you will hit a usage limit.
